They areheat-resistant pouches that can be used for Sous Vide cooking up to 95"C for half an hour.*After heat sealing, you can mark the bag with a marker pen. Suitable for low-temperaturerefrigeration in household refrigerators. The temperature can be as low as -18°C ~ -40°C.
